Made plans to have a long weekend. Arrived and the views were great. Weather was extremely hot and there was no ac in the room so we left and went somewhere else.

Nice location and clean.

The people at Beech Mountain chalet were very hospitable. And the condo was very easy to find. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

What a wonderful experience. The chalet was very nice and clean and communication was quick when we needed assistance.

We arrived late probably 10 PM or later Mark the security guard was extremely nice gave us the keys and directions to get to our room. The room was large had plenty of room everything was clean. The kitchen had everything you could imagine felt just like at home. They had a slow cooker so we had pot roast. There’s a great view of the ski slopes plenty of room to park and overall a great find. We definitely plan to come again

It was functional and clean. Close to skiing and food. Easy to find, employees very helpful. It took a little to figure out the heating system, had to reset the breaker for the living area heater but other than that very adequate for a night of rest between ski days.

Great location, beautiful views, comfy beds and a helpful host. The heated pool was a plus- kids loved it.

Second time staying here, still great. Can't get enough of the views, and love curling up on the couch in front of the fireplace after a long day of snowboarding. The hot tub and sauna are great to relax in. Will be back!!

It had everything we needed to feel relaxed and at home. The view was really spectacular, and the place was cozy and comfy but also modern.

Great location, clean, excellent communication

The condo was wonderful. It was very clean and had all the essentials for preparing meals for the family. The indoor recreational facility was enjoyed by our grandchildren. The location of the condo was perfect for visiting Grandfather Mountain and Linvile Caverns.

First let me say that the rental was nicely decorated, clean and well presented. The one item to note is if you have “wild” kids there are several breakables (aka trinkets) around the unit. They also provided an air mattress if needed (we didn’t use). The units has all the necessities you would need to stay there and cook / entertain. All appliances worked well. They have board games and other very thoughtful items! It was pretty clean. It is near the swimming pool which was really nice as we used the pool several times. I would recommend renting this place and I am sure we will be back in the future!

Highly recommend staying here. Super clean, centrally located to beech and only 17 minutes from sugar.

The unit is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed at Pinnacle Inn. The master shower is huge and the second bedroom easily slept three young adults. The convenience to the parking lot was a plus for us. The only complaint was an abundance of dust and debris under the couch and beds. The rest of the unit was very clean.

This is one of the nicest units at Pinncle Inn. The master shower is huge and the bunk bed in the second room was big enough and sturdy enough to hold for three young adults. We enjoyed the large screen roku TV In the living room. While there wasn’t a view the fact that is only a few steps from the parking lot was worth it for us.

Great place. Updated appliances, comfortable beds, and very clean. I definitely recommend.

We booked this unit at the last minute for our first family trip to see snow. We did not ski but the location is close to the resorts and plenty of restaurant options.

Overall great stay.

This rental is great for families. The double bunk beds and king size bed was the perfect accommodations for us. Washer and dryer worked great to dry and clean all of our ski gear. Loved that it was on the first floor for easy access.

Didn't spend much time in it was perfect for what we needed

It was mostly a good experience- the late 70's/early 80's appliances/decor were worn down/on the older side and needed updating, but overall, it was a nice place to stay and would stay there again.

Convenient location only a few miles from the resort!

Cute little place about a 5 minute drive to the Beech Mountain Resort. Loved the full kitchen capabilities, easy to be fully self-sufficient especially if you get groceries ahead of time.

The place was excellent! It is the perfect size for a couple. The complex has lots of amenities we sure enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We were pleasantly surprised by the nice gym we figured we would have to forego our morning runs but they have terrific machines in their gym. Great place to stay, good location, nice hot tub, good value. This place is ONLY ONE ROOM though, even though the pictures make it look like the bedroom is separate. WIFI signal was great and fast!! Location couldn't have been better!! We will be back

This was a perfect location to everything on Beech Mountain (which is a lot)! We had a great time unwinding, away from the hustle of the city, in a cute and comfy space.

The room is very cozy. It's small but has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It's walking distance to the center of the Town and lots of restaurants and activities!!! Could not have asked for better accommodations.

Nice place to stay and great price. It was not far from the Beech Mountain Resort for some serious mountain biking!!

Great location in a beautiful area with the essentials for a mountain get away. The condo is clean and simple. It has all the basics and a community hot tub and pool not to mention the saunas! It’s nothing big or fancy, but when visiting Beech Mountain there is so much to do outside so all you need is a clean condo with the essentials Will definitely come back

Our vacation rental experience was excellent. Check in was simple and fast. The home had everything we needed for a short stay. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was a little dated with older appliances and dated decor, but we loved the “log cabin feel” and coziness. We came for our time at the Land of Oz and only stayed one night. The pool house was nice and we absolutely loved the town! The only complaints we have was the garbage disposal. We had ran some water down that side of the drain and it smelled so bad that we thought something was melting. We called management and they called the fire dept. Afterwards we discovered it was the garbage disposal. So hopefully that’s been fixed.

I have been to the area a few times and always stayed close to the ski resorts. This was by far the best place I have stayed at. The location and ease of access were what made it so peaceful as a guest. The only issue is with the billing they run through a separate management and charge a card fee with their rental price. I have never had this issue before. When I called in, they were willing to adjust the charge and make it the price that was listed on VRBO.

We loved our overnight stay. It is a little older but very clean and cozy. My husband and I took his parents and my dad on a fall trip to the BlueRidge and found this condo. We built a fire and just enjoyed sitting in the living room chatting. We got there late that evening, so we didn’t look around but saw others coming from the indoor pool. When we left that morning, we saw the most beautiful sunrise we had ever seen. I would most definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Pinnacle Inn. Our room was clean, smell-free, and fully furnished with towels, bedding, and kitchen necessities. Parking and access to the room was convenient and we had no problems driving to the ski resort.

Had a great stay at this property. It was clean and orderly, 10/10 would recommend.

I have stayed at this property before just not this unit. It was great having the bunk beds for the preteens. Looking at the pictures I didn’t realize the stove was not a full size but the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans I had no problem cooking. The condo was in a Great location. We enjoyed having the pool and extra amenities considering we had rain a few days of our trip. There were a few small details that needed attention upon arrival and the host was very quick to take a take care of the issue. Nothing I feel I need to mention here as it didn’t deter us from having a great trip.

It's an older property, but in a great location. Very close to shops, restaurants, ski rentals, etc. Short drive to Beech Mountain.

This was a good place to stay for our family of four. We liked that it was close to the ski slopes and affordable. Our kids also really enjoyed the indoor pool.
